Which real-time instruments are compatible with GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix?

GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix (Cat.# A6001) can be used with any real-time instrument capable of detecting SYBR® Green I or FAM™ dye. The GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix is optimized for use on the Applied Biosystems 7500 and 7500 FAST Real-Time PCR Systems and is compatible with many other instruments. Some real-time instruments require a higher level of reference dye than what is included in the GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix. A separate tube of 100X CXR Reference Dye is provided with the GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix for use with these instruments.

The following real-time instruments have been tested and found to be compatible with the GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix:

Instruments that require addition of 100X CXR Reference Dye to 1X per reaction
