Letter from the CEO

The work that moves science forward doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when researchers have the right tools, when institutions commit to long-term thinking and when the people behind those tools are solving problems they genuinely care about. This year, Promega moved closer to that vision in ways that matter.

In April 2026, we received validation of our near-term emissions reduction targets from the Science Based Targets initiative, an independent confirmation that our climate commitments align with limiting global warming to 1.5°C. That same commitment runs through everything else we do: we achieved 100% renewable electricity across all global operations, expanded AI integration to help our teams work smarter and invested 13.7% of revenue into research and development, filing 48 patents and bringing our active portfolio to 442.

These milestones reflect something essential about Promega:
