Quantifique a Ativação do Inflamassoma sem Etapas de Lavagem Tediosas
O imunoensaio Lumit™ IL-1β mede quantitativamente a IL-1β liberada em amostras de cultura de células usando um protocolo simples e sem lavagem. Basta adicionar anticorpos marcados à amostra, adicionar o reagente de detecção e ler o sinal luminescente usando um luminômetro de leitura de placa padrão. Triagem de Inibidores de Inflamassoma NLRP3 de Alto Rendimento
The NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor, MCC950, prevents caspase-1 activation and release of mature IL-1β. A titration of MCC950 was added to differentiated THP-1 cells (5 × 104/well) followed by LPS (20 EU/ml) or vehicle. The Lumit® IL-1β (Human) Immunoassay was performed after 5 hours.
