Abstract
These assays offer rapid detection of dehydrogenase activity for your DH of interest. The core technology is sensitive, requiring minimal cell input. Low cell input allows for multiple DH/pathway analyses from one sample. Multiple cell types/formats are amenable for detection of DH activity. Chemistry and technology are robust and well suited for high-throughput screening.
